2010 Conference Details
Welcome!
In 2010, our 30th anniversary year, we continue our educational partnership with another exciting program. We are especially pleased to continue our Annual Scholarship Program, sponsored by Avalon Risk Management, Inc., designed to promote professionalism and education in our industry (see section on “Scholarship”).
Learn: Improve your business and your career with workshops, panels, roundtable discussions and town hall meetings on timely topics. Stay informed about the latest industry issues and trends.
Participate and Communicate: Support your industry and let your voice be heard by US regulators and legislators on issues that affect your business. Volunteer for a PCC or WESCCON committee. Find out how you can make a difference.
Network: WESCCON offers the best opportunity to meet people in the global logistics industry. Whether by attending or exhibiting, by finding contacts in the Directory of Registrants, or promoting your name as a sponsor, participation in WESCCON gives you the contacts you need. As we often hear from our WESCCON participants, there is no other conference in this industry that offers the educational, networking and social programs for such a reasonable registration fee.
See you in San Diego!
Jack Hubbard, PCC President

We are excited to host WESCCON at the luxurious Loews Coronado Bay Resort. We have negotiated a discounted rate of $175/night -- with NO resort fees and NO charge for self-parking. As in the past, you must be registered for WESCCON in order to reserve your room at the hotel. And be sure to make your hotel reservations by the September 22 deadline, as we cannot assure you the reduced hotel rate – or even a room at the hotel – if you book after the deadline. Please note that to reserve at the discounted WESCCON rate you MUST have a WESCCON Reservation Code, which you will be given once you have completed the conference registration process.

Most major airlines fly into San Diego (Airport Code: SAN). A taxi from the airport to the Loews Coronado Bay Resort will run about $45 each way, or you can take a Cloud 9 Super Shuttle for $16 each way. Cloud 9 Super Shuttle is offering a discount for WESCCON attendees ($2 off each way, or $5 off Sedan service). To receive the discount you must reserve in advance.
